Turbo Tax didn't measure up this year

We had the terrible experience of needing to file an amended return. There was a glitch and we couldn't submit it because it continuously rejected the date provided for the debit to occur. I did speak with turbo tax experts who were very very nice, but not overly competent. The last gal, Amber, was the best and did help me quite a bit.

Turbo Tax has gone to heck

This is the last time I will overuse Turbo tax. It made me fill out a Puerto Rico only form even though we have nothing to do with PR and have never even been there. then it did not transfer our charitable deductions over correctly and that stopped e-filing. TOTAL DISASTER and I be I over paid.

Disappointed this year for wait time on Form 1116

Had to wait until 3rd of March to e-file because of Form 1116.
The error message in the application would blame the IRS for the missing form. However the IRS had the form ready sometime in December.
Intuit should invest more money in technical staff and less in Super Bowl commercials.

Product = good; fees = annoying

The software worked just fine, but having another $40 "processing fee" after spending $50 for the software makes it feel like I'm getting nickel-and-dimed as I file my taxes (which are already high enough as they are)

Help section is poor

Turbo tax asked if a third stimulus was received and when it was answered no it added $2800.00 to the refund and did not go into detail. When I printed out the forms after filing it showed that we were not eligible for the stimulus.
