I talked to one of your people to get help with a problem I could not fix. I have been using Turbo tax for over 10 years, this was the first time I used the help line. The lady could not have been nicer.

I was having problems E-filing my returns. I called the Help # and the representative I talked to was GREAT!!!. She solved my problem and seemed to be well versed on how she handled my problem. Thanks.

I haven't had to chase down forms for a number of years now. The whole process is reasonable fast (except for me getting all my paperwork together).
