OK, but some issues this year

Turbo Tax seemed to change this year and was somewhat frustrating. For one thing, when I clicked to look at last year's return, Turbo Tax said 'it does not appear you filed with Turbo Tax last year', which is not true. Also, it kept asking me for a schedule 8812 - which is odd since I do not have children, and I never stated that I had children. I finally had to enter '0' to get this frustrating error resolved. All in all, it was not as smooth or helpful as in years past. That said, I did manage to get through the process without too much frustration or anguish.

FIRST OFF, I HAD AN ACCOUNT FROM LAST YEAR AND I COULDN'T FIND WHERE TO INPUT MY NEW 2022 LICENSE CODE. ONE QUICK PHONE CALL AND THE TURBOTAX REP WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS! AS FAR AS THE TURBOTAX PROGRAM, I CAN NOT OVER EXPRESS THE SIMPLICITY OF FILLING OUT THE TAX FORMS. WHEN I USED TO FILE TAXES ON MY OWN, I WOULD OFTEN STRESS OUT OVER TRYING TO INTERPRET THE IRS WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS!!! THANK YOU FOR EASING THE BURDEN OF TAX TIME!

Love Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax "Walk Through" steps are great and gives me peace of mind. My only complaint is in Ohio State Tax prep; in payment options, it lists credit card payment as an option, but on the payment selection page credit card payment is not presented. Please fix for next year.

Used for years and just keeps getting better

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and it just keeps getting better. I like the way it automatically pulls in my W-2's and the prompts help me to figure out things I may have missed. I like how you can switch back and forth between forms and input screen, it helps to clarify things.
