First Time E File

Disappointed when EFile was rejected. Although the error message from IRS made no sense about AGI, which was in software, I noticed that the PIN for spouse was different. No idea where that number came from but definitely should be in the error check routine.
Otherwise all good.

As my first time using Turbotax I have to admit the experience was excellent. Despite myself not being to tech-savvy I was able to navigate step by step as Turbotax guided me through the whole entire process. Also, the sales representative was respectful, patient, and overall professional. I highly recommend it! overall 10 out of 10 stars, thank you so much turbotax!!!

Your PC version is slow

Overall, I like Turbo Tax. This year, I elected to purchase the PC version so I could do my taxes and my mother's taxes in the same app. The PC version responds very slowly to data entry, sometimes on the order of 5 seconds. That's rather frustrating.
