Problems due to lack of information

I spent many needless hours over the past several weeks because there was no advance notice as to why turbo Tax would not update and instead froze the return and only by turning off the computer could I get my computer started,
I had to call Turbo Tax several times and although each advisor was very professional and tried their best to help, they were unaware of the basic issue which was that the North Carolina file was not available for the whole month of February.

Almost Perfect

I've been a TurboTax and Mint customer for years now and love the products. However, this tax season the software brought some drama into my life, and I hope the TT team resolves these for 2022. Negative gross sales are being imported from financial institutions and the review program is noting it as an error that can only be fixed manually.

When downloading last years file, the system downloaded 2019 instead of 2020

All good, used turbo Tax for over ten years now, know my way around the program, we utilized tax audit in 2013, since my wife always did our joint return before she was struck down by early onset Alzheimers, I knew I was at risk of an audit was audited and came out ahead, best 25 I ever spent..

When i did state return it said it could tell I was a nonresident from my federal return????
I went back over personal info and could not tell why it would say that? Also, you claim one free state filing but when filing, it wanted $20 if i pay with credit card or an additional $40 if I use the "free product" Then when using my credit card it charged me $25 instead of $20.
