Worst Tax Software Ever

this was the worst software ever, and I had to restart my taxes 6 times. fire the software team

Processing Fee??

Did not like the surprise of a processing fee at the end of completing my taxes. Never had this before and seems sketchy. Will be looking for a new product next year.

Turbo Tax is easy to use

I just follow Turbo Tax instructions on where to fill in the necessary data and turbo tax does all the necessary calculations. If I didn't understand the question I would click on the learn more line and get more explanation on the question.
