I was charged 56 dollars for support when it was an error in turbo tax that prompted the call. Been a customer for 30 years but thinking about canceling. North Carolina errors are all over the internet but they billed me instead. Your better than that.

Easy to use for the most part. Refund cost is misleading. What looks like a $25 fee appears to be $40 after docs are signed.

TurboTax COULD be Awesome!

I have used Turbo Tax in both formats- CD and online in past years. This year- 2021 Tax year, I chose to do my taxes online for ease of use. When I finished both my IRS and local State forms. I was amazed that my PRICE was above $200 ( product I chose was the Premier as the Deluxe was not available to use online). This was incredible as my tax owed was less than $40. So, I ordered a CD package - Deluxe product for less that $50. I then was again very disappointed to find that all the work that I had completed with the online version was not able to be downloaded to the CD version, unless i paid the $200 + amount from the online version. I have a USER ID and password for TurboTax however unless I paid the amount for the 2021 Version I would NOT be able to download the details to my CD (PAID) version. Not sure of the thinking of the TurboTax gurus but this was a dissatisfying experience.
