Problems with driver's license info

Been using TurboTax for many years and never had any programming problems. This year when trying to add my driver's license date of birth and issue date it kept telling me that the dates were reversed. Used your help site and there was no workaround except to mark the entries, No date for the DOB and add the year only for the issue date. disappointing. Never had a problem with this before. Otherwise, everything seemed to work as usual. Bad programming.

Always use Turbo Tax

Mostly Easy exept now that I am working with retirement accounts, Transfer and downloading financial institution's copy is easy, but some info does not translate and causes errors in the return that I have to fix and I am not always sure of the answers, i.e, long term capital gains, acquired dates, etc. These are in the paperwork but doesnt always transfer as it should in my opinion.

Turbotax works as advertised. I did not use online support as I am well familiar with Turbotax having used it for over 20 years, and I am now retired and my tax situation is not complicated.

I have been using turbo taxes for years. I found it cheaper to use the downloaded version however, the online version is easier to work with. I don't understand why they aren't built the same?
