Turbo Tax is Awesome

I had problem getting my updates installed. The wonderful tech walked me thru the steps and resolved the problem with my computer. I am eternally greatfull to Turbo tax and its technical support team. I will continue to use their wonderful service.

TurboTax took my money,

I bought TurboTax Which stated it included one State e-File, but then the ended up making me pay for the State e-File. I would not recommend Turbo Tax again. I've been using them since 2004 and these last two years it has got worse.
