Really Good Stuff!

I've been using TurboTax for years now, it's so easy to use and everything I need to do my taxes is in one place. I enter all my info and even efile my Fed and state taxes from the same application. The double check reviews are a nice feature to ensure I'm not missing anything or made any errors. The updates on filing are also a big plus - getting confirmation from the IRS and state that my forms have been received and accepted is a huge peace of mind.

Suggest that you fix the AGI line so it will not accept a negative number.
You need to better publicize the fact that the AGI line needs to be zero if you mailed in your prior year return.

I had what looked like a tax form sent to me this year that I hadn't received in years previous. When TurboTax did not prompt me to enter this form I was worried I might have missed it somehow. I used the TurboTax search feature to look up the form and there was a description of it and an explanation stating that the form was only for my personal records, not my tax filing. It gave me peace of mind to know I wasn't missing a document I should have reported.

Simple to Use

Turbo Tax really walks you through everything you need to know to complete tax returns. I file returns for all of my immediate family, and although everyone's tax situation is different, turbo tax makes it easy to complete for each.

No. Caro. delay in accepting state tax return should have been more thoroughly explained when bounced back and not accepted. Tried to send six more times to no avail without any satisfactory explanation.
