Very easy and seems to be getting better.

Overall very easy to use, and seems to be getting easier as the years go by. It's the only way I want to file. However there are a couple areas for improvement:
I have an HSA and high-deductible-health-plan and there was a question about my spouse's coverage where I wasn't clear if it meant she was the insured or just covered by the plan. Also this year I downgraded from Home & Business to Deluxe because I didn't have a Schedule C, but it still insisted on generating an 8895 form and carrying over the Schedule Cs, which I only saw in the Forms view. There was no acknowledgement of these unwanted forms while going through the process. It didn't seem to affect my taxes and I was able to delete the Schedule Cs in form view, but not the 8895 (it kept getting regenerated after deletion). So I gave up and left it in since as I mentioned, it didn't affect anything. I just didn't want to transmit any business forms since I didn't have a business last year.
Also, some of the help topics in my desktop software pointed to instructions for using website filing, so they weren't relevant.

Over the years Turbo Tax has taught me a lot about my state and Federal tax laws and requirements. I am no giant at this but it has kept me from making many errors.

Poorly Executed with Limited Support

Had trouble with adding additional users, help section and even printing state file to mail. TB is just getting sloppy.
