It took me a full 20 minutes to install 2021 TurboTax Deluxe from a downloaded ZIP copy.
- It took forever to unzip into the iinstaller files
- The installation took much longer than expected for a Windows program of this size
- The update took MUCH longer than expected, maybe 10 min
- The program did not restart after the update, as promised

I have been using TurboTax since 1999. What a great product, easy to use and info transfers from one year to the next. I am also able to download my W2's and investment info. Saves time and money.

Quick and Easy

Sat down to install the program and after getting that done I wouldn't have enough time to gather my important documents before dinner and a movie. But the install went super easy, transferring data was a breeze and I had my taxes filled and still had time for a movie.

I found the product simple to use except for one question on my state taxes regarding 529 withdrawal for which I am trustee. Been using Turbo Tax for years. I believe it is very thorough.

Turbo Tax Trumps Tax Teams

No matter how you do your taxes you have to get all of your income and deductions together to hand off to the person doing the taxes. With TurboTax, the questioning process helps you get your income and deductions together and organized as you fill out your tax forms. The Turbo Tax process makes the whole experience easy though it does take time and if you run into a roadblock there are people close by to get you through it. I've used the program for 0ver 20 years without incident and would be lost without TurboTax today.
