Did not work well this year

I have used turbo tax for over 10 years. This year I could not get it to transfer my info from last years taxes to this years taxes.
Also had a problem with a state tax form.

I use TurboTax every year. It was a breeze doing our taxes this year, especially utilizing the increased standard deduction. I've itemized with TurboTax in the past before as well. That was easy also. There's no need to pay an exorbitant fee to have someone do what TurboTax does for far less.
