Continues to be my only choice

I've been using Intuit TurboTax for many years now. The improvements are minor each year, but they continue to be good improvements. No sudden wild changes to the interface. Being able to have my previous years tax return info being automatically brought into the program is one of the major reasons I continue with this. I know there are more options out there, but I really don't see a reason to change and start out from scratch again. I prefer that the data I'm working on is physically located on my computer, not out in the cloud somewhere where you never know who may gain access to it.

I do my taxes and my father-in-law's taxes - he buys me dinner for it because he thinks it's difficult (even though I tell him it's not). So TurboTax basically pays for itself :)

EVERY THING ABOUT TURBOTAX IS GREAT. IT'S A GREAT TOOL AND EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE OF TIMES I HAD TO CONTACT TURBO FOR CLARIFICATION, IT'S VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND VERY HELPFUL

There were several times when I needed explanations and there was not help within the program requiring me to seek help from the internet. I am not interested in a dialogue with live chat.
Also it took almost three hours to load the program requiring several attempts and your support page.
this is the 15th year that I have used your program and the first time that I experienced freezing or lack of instructions.
