I think Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easy and simple. So many people out there are afraid to do their own taxes, but Turbo Tax gives you step by step instructions and makes is super easy. Don't overpay to have someone do your taxes!

Tech errors 2 years in a row

Trying to activate my disc was super frustrating for 2 years in a row. It took me 5 hours last year to realize that I had to adjust the resolution of my screen because the activation window was white and I couldn't enter in the key. This year, it was hours of frustration again., but I need to adjust my resolution AND my scaling. So ridiculous. It's all over the internet as a common problem. You would think that it would have been resolved.
