Makes you keep re-entering same information

I get Turbo Tax so that I auto-transfer my information. This is the second year where it asked if I wanted to us all the account details, Drivers License details, and other information from last year, and then it asks for them again anyway. Went file state, it asked if I wanted to use the same account that I just RE-ENTERED for federal, and then prompted for all the information again. If I wanted to re-enter most of that information, I would just do the dang form by hand or directly on the IRS site, not pay $90 each year for Turbotax.

Nearly 30 years of success!

I had questions about the qualified energy efficient furnace that I didn't receive satisfactory answers for. Also, the worksheet for estimating tax withholding (W-4) didn't work correctly, and I couldn't change it manually. It asked for estimated tax withholding for the year, then put that number in the tax withholding so far box on the worksheet, resulting in an estimated number that was incorrect

$40 dollar processing charge

Very disappointed about all there additional charges. The software was paid for and now we are being nickel and dimed for all these additional charges.

TurboTax reliable and accurate

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years now. The ease of using the program is my favorite part. I feel confident that I am reviewing all scenarios and getting the best return possible. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future!
