Makes doing taxes suck a lot less

Had issues, but TurboTax always pulls-through

So I hate doing my taxes, it just seems so foreign to me. TurboTax never fails me though. I'm stingy, I know it. But I pay for things that are necessary. TurboTax is a necessity.
That being said, I encountered an issue on not getting my full deduction for my charitable credits this 2021 when filing jointly. People began complaining on the forum(s) as they too ran into this issue. Nevertheless, TurboTax rolled out an update and fixed the issue quickly. Thank you TurboTax!

TuboTax has a LOT of issues for the 2021 tax year

There were so many times when the screen went blank, the program wouldn't allow me to enter a W2 or completely skipped entire sections of my return. I've never had so many issues with TurboTax before and this has made me really unhappy.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Easy and Convenient

Filing was super easy - imported last years forms - edited various information where needed and done. Took no more than an hour. Recommend this to anyone looking for simple tax filing.

Confusing when Carryover Information Doesn't Apply

The carryover of information from one year to the next is a good feature. But it's difficult to know how to delete this information (like self-employment that stopped in previous year) in a year when it doesn't apply.
