ok, but identifies errors on forms it populates

I like how forms are auto populated, but again this year, when turbo tax runs a check, it identifies errors on forms that turbo tax populated. There are no instructions on how to fix or why the entry is invalid. just statements error must be corrected

Good but 2 little glitches

I found Turbo tax easy and convenient. 2 small differences from last year. 1st it would import my W2, so I hand entered it. Second was unlike last year it didn't import the organizations I had previously given to last year, so I had to had to enter each one. Last year, I believe, it imported them.

Nice Annual Transfer, but Missed Major Form

I don't like that this program doesn't give you an error if a form isn't available yet (like if you start too early). When I transferred in my data from Fidelity, they hadn't done the 1099-div forms yet, but Fidelity never prompted me to go back. Thankfully I did anyway. They also missed my husband's pension distribution.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years

My taxes are relatively basic most of the time so I have found it very useful. I also do returns for family members with varying requirements. In most cases, I am able to figure out what needs to be done through using Turbo Tax. I wish there was an option to purchase the software with multiple states. I believe there used to be one. It is quite expensive to purchase an additional state software.

Too many behind the scene items that popped up at the end review and the information given to help understand what was being asked was essentially useless. If this were my first time using I would not be back.
