I like Turbo Tax and have used it for at least 20 years. Every year I ask you why you try to sell me Turbo Tax for my state taxes. There is no state income tax in Tennessee and I'm sure you are aware. This minor improvement would enhance my appreciation of the total program.

Hard to get into Turbo account

Tried to get into my account. Kept getting a message that my first name was not accurate. Took 3 tries before I could get in to pay the $20 to file the state tax return.

Had difficulty with Turbo Tax this year

Was not able to save along the way and lost what I had entered. Had to re-enter and make sure I didn't close Turbo Tax before I was done filing.
