TurboTax is Good

I love that TurboTax does all the heavy lifting, but the number of questions it asks for edge cases is annoying. Would that there was a way to circumvent this, based on previous years. Maybe a "Same as last year" mode.

Product is good, hidden fees not good

I've used turbo tax for years, but this is the first time that I've been charged a $40 "return processing fee". That is ridiculous. Between that and audit defense and the charge to file state taxes, it was over $100 in fees. I might as well go to a tax preparer at this rate, which I will most likely do next year.
