Absolutely Horrible

I don't know what has happened to Turbo Tax but the product is definitely inferior to what hit has been in the past. Impossible to load on the laptop, had to do a lot of google searching and change system settings to get it to load. I shouldn't have to be an IT guru to use the product. Then once I started using it I got a lot of connection errors with the suggestion that I try again. Will seriously consider another product next year.

Confusing it kept wanting to charge 40.00 to e-fil

It would not let me e-file with out paying 40.00 I have never had that problem and it wanted 20.00 to e-file the State tax. I printed and will mail.

This will likely be my last year to get TurboTax. Just get an accountant. You with spend a little more, but the way TurboTax does their costs model is just annoying and frustrating. If Credit Karma hadn't sold their tax program to Intuit (Cash App) who promptly made it a piece of crap, I would still be using that. Going to go with a person next year since the only reason I used TT was for the Robinhood import. So sick of how Intuit works.

I like that Turbo Tax allows me to start and stop at any time. I can enter information, then come back and work more on it a few weeks later. I like some of the help features, even if they don't always answer my specific questions of the moment. I also like the option for Audit Defense, just in case something has gone wrong in my paperwork or entries.
