turbotax was harder to use this year

In previous years it went smoothly. This year I had problems. Phoning TurboTax for help was a nightmare.

Turbo tax needs a little improvement

Had trouble with form 1116. Got error message to be on the look out for a corrected W2 when none was required.

Turbo Tax is the best and easy to use

I use Turbo Tax every year for the last 15 years and love it. Turbo Tax makes it easy to do your taxes. You can go item by item or just skip to the categories you know you need to fill out. The software is very easy to use.
