Great software that takes all the anxiety and craziness out of preparing and filing your taxes. There might have been a question or two somewhere that gave me some trouble but their tech support cleared that right up for me quick!

Turbo Tax is user friendly

Had a problem finding where to enter w2-2g, also finding last years adjusted gross income. Other than that Turbo Tax is easy to use. Should fix Turbo Tax to automatically fill this amount in if you used Turbo Tax the previous year.

Turbo Tax does the job

Turbo Tax Deluxe did an excellent job of preparing my taxes. Importing data from last year was a great benefit. There were no surprises, and the forms were prepared and transmitted in a straight forward and efficient manner

2021 Turbotax Deluxe useless

I use this product for many years, but this year it look like Turbotax goal confuse people, not help them. Forms that need to be fill out not suggested, like in previous years, to update forms, that I know need to be updated impossible. Everything that were useful previous years, not there. Buttom line, this year addition is horrible.
