Turbo Tax is the best

Using TurboTax is really easy, the only way filing your tax's would be easier would be to use a tax preparer and that would cost a fortune that way.

I have been using turbotax for around 20 years it has always been the most user friendly of all Tax packages at one point a few years ago i prepared over a 100 tax returns. Thanks great job.

TURBO TAX DROPS THE BALL ON FILING IN NC, DELAY

RECIEVED ERRORS ON NC STATE RETURN FOR CHARITABLE C/O FROM PREVIOUS YR AND HAD TO WAIT FOR 2/25/22 UPDATE TO CORRECT. THEN HAD ISSUES WHEN I CHECKED DIRECT DEPOSIT FOR STATE REFUND. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I HAVE USED T/T FOR MANY YEARS AND THIS WAS UNNECESSARY WASTE OF TIME AND DELAY.

Turbo Tax is Fabulous!

Turbo Tax is sooooo user friendly. It's so intuitive-it somehow knows when you have made a mistake-or questionable entry and will bring it to your attention. I used to have my taxes done by a professional, but I feel that Turbo Tax is so much better-and I don't have to wait 3 weeks or pay $300+.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years to file our, and now our kids Federal and State Taxes for South Carolina, Indiana, North Carolina, Georgia and have never once had any issues with those returns. Consistently easy to use, review and correct, print and save. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Issue with the IRS definition of a dependent

I have been a Turbo Tax user for more than 10 years because. I've never had any issues with it which is why I have continued to use it. However this year my return was initially rejected due to a dependent I claimed. To keep this short, I had to search on the IRS site to get their rules for who I could or could not claim as a dependent. In my case, her age was why I could not claim her even though she met all of the other conditions. Turbo Tax should have caught this up front as date of birth is one of the data items I had to provide.
