Big downgrade from last year

Program refused to download info from my Schwab account and forced me to enter it all manually. Also refused to upgrade my program after I paid for the upgrade.

Harder this year

Not thrilled with the product this year. Used acronyms without definitions. Did not list the line or form numbers (in some cases) when information was needed on past returns. I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years or more but I am not sure I will use it next year.

Great software, but needs some tweaking

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. This year though, for tax year 2021, I experienced problems related to input of IRS Form W2G, Gambling income. Each year, I have to manually input these forms, and frankly, it is a pain in the butt because my wife has SO MANY of these forms each year! But this year, it was the complete worst, because for some reason, the software would not let me type as fast as I normally would because with each line of input, I had to "click" the box, and then wait, while the computer acted like it was "saving" the tax form or something, because the icon was displaying that it was "working" or something. It did this for each line, and it was taking over 15 seconds to do each line, both before actually inputting the data, and after I had input the data, and hit "enter", at which time, once again, it acted like it was "saving" again. It was quite frustrating and made my inputting of all the W2G forms, take over 4 hours to complete! Also, and I ask this every year, but why can't you guys make it so one could say, hit "F-3" to duplicate, for each box? I mean, most of the boxes in there are the same from one W2G to the next, such as Tax Id, State Tax ID, Issuer, etc. I should not have to continually enter the same dang information on every form, when it is the same. It would be very easy to provide this feature of being able to just hit a Function Key, to duplicate the last entry for each box.
