Love Turbo Tax

We've used Turbo Tax for several years now. Our taxes are pretty simple, and this has saved us a lot of money by not needing an accountant. The system guides you through questions you might not even think to ask. This year and last year we were able to take the standard deduction, but we will continue to use Turbo Tax. We are solid customers!

Lost Returns

I've filed with deluxe every year with TurboTax. This year I cannot access my previous years and the only solution is to contact the IRS for previous returns, however that doesn't help with the .tax file needed to provide the previous years taxes. Tracy with support was amazing though!

WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN TO WHAT I HAD DONE IT SAID IT WAS THE WRONG DATE. I HAD TO PLAY WITH IT AND NOT SURE HOW I BROUGHT IT BACK TO USE WHAT I HAD ENTERED EARILIER

Great Program!

Turbo Tax walks you through the process every step of the way! My previous Tax professional was trying to charge a lot of money even though my tax returns have always been pretty straight forward. Excellent product for those who do not have a very complicated tax return.
