NOT SO GOOD THIS YEAR

I have been using Turbo Tax/Intuit since the 70's and never had a problem, this year it kept trying to tell me I had a dependent even thought I did not and marked it NO. Also it kept trying to get me to file out the amounts of our medical payments, I did not need to do that. Also I was unable to file electronicly even though I had everything filled out correctly AND FILING OUT THE BOTTOM OF THIS IT SAYS YOU DON'T HAVE KIDS, I DO HAVE KIDS IT SHOULD SAY "I DON'T HAVE KIDS TO CLAIM"

Turbo Tax Has Served Me Well for 24 Years

Turbo Tax personnel have annually provided me with my product and answered all my questions. They have been prompt and effective in dealing with any issues I've had. Consistent 24 years usage tells the story!
