Overall Turbo Tax Deluxe proves it's value. The "walk thru" feature makes sure one does not accidentally make an error of omission. This year the only problem was how some of the characteristics beneath qualifying the "yes/no" response. Seemed to be a double negative or confusing when simple direct characteristic could be used. Example - dealing with medical insurance for tax year - "Did you have medical insurance for the year?".

Turbo Tax is the Best!

I have been using Tubo Tax for about 12 years. Turbo tax is less stressful than going to other income tax preparers. The process of Turbo tax is easy to navigate & I am not a computer expert. The Turbo tax support line agents are knowledgeable, patient & professional.

I've used TurboTax since I was 22 years old. I am now 37 and have never had a single complaint nor concern. Aside from the optional protection offered through TurboTax when dealing with the IRS, it's really just the pure fact that you're provided with the necessary information and tools (never an overload) to maximize your refund for me. TurboTax ultimately helps make my organized, chaotic life a little less chaotic. Thanks!

Turbo Tax is laggy this year.

Overall, Turbo Tax is a good program to use. This year it has been glitchy and laggy. It freezes up when trying to input W2 form information.
