Easy as pie!

Turbo tax makes doing our income tax very easy. Why pay an accountant hundreds of dollars when Turbo Tax walks you through EXACTLY what to do, step by step, in simple language. All you have to do is have all of your paperwork together. (I put mine in a special file folder throughout the year so that it's all together come tax time!) You can even contact them if you have a question! And it's all private. Easily accessible if you need to look back at your return for anything.

I was supposed to get 1 State Tax return via e-file. Instead, it wanted $20 to file by credit card and $40 out of my refund. Or it could be the other way around

I've been a turbo tax user for several years. It is very easy to use and prompts are great for checking for data to get the taxes correct after all deductions. I would recommend this to anybody to use.

TurboTax loaded easily. Turbo Tax led me through all the income and deductions I had with great accuracy. It easily filled in my state information and previously known individual information.

Turbo Tax is easy & helpful to do income tax for Federal & state. I feel confident I did my taxes correctly and got the best refund, and saved the expense of a prof. tax preparer.

Tricky business!

Some of the information provided by TurboTax did not match the information provided by medicare - the form 1095-A is not actually required. Then at the end an additional $65 was taken from my refund to pay for electronic filing and some snakes tax audit service that I do not need or want. Next year I'm going somewhere else.

It's taxes... no average person likes doing their taxes but TurboTax makes it just a little more painless. Its easy walk-thru instructions makes it simple to do even complicated taxes. I trust TurboTax has my back on the most deductions possible.
I would like to see some suggestions based on my previous years taxes for a better return next year at the end of my submission but that doesn't take away from the well thought out product.
