I SWITCHED TO MAC, HAD A LOT OF FRUSTRATION

There were no slide bars on the side to go up & down. Some pages did not display the bottom, so there was no access to the "continue" button. Also, I had questions but could NOT locate a phone number to call as I had in the past when I had an issue or question. There was NOT access too the forms at all times ( which I use to check info) UGH! In addition, the product said it would work for my Mac OS but then it wouldn't file. Message pop up said I needed to upgrade. FiNALLY, they sent a TTax update which let me file.
There were a few places where info for that section clarified things better, IE qualified VS unqualified retirement plans.

I have used Turbo Tax over 15 years and find it very user friendly. The program guides through the forms with ease.
