Super Easy Straight Forward

Not much to say. Have been using for the last few years and have no complaints. Used to do taxes by hand but now this way. Easy just follow the steps.

simple to use, can walk you through every step of the process or just stay in the background as a resource if you need it. I've used TurboTax for some 30 years and it saves time and headaches!

Turbo Tax - not too many headaches

I've been doing my own taxes with TurboTax for several years. Generally speaking the process is relatively straightforward as are the stepped instructions. There are some confusing parts to the input process, but the on line help is typically helpful.
I did have an issue converting my order from WIN download to a MAC download and ended up needing to request a refund for the WIN license as there seemed to be no way to convert the order. Suggest an easier process for those of us making the switch from Windows to Mac.

Watch out! There are glitches in your software!

The smart check stopped me and wanted me to fill in the amount I received in form 8812. I never filed form 8812, have no dependents, and received no money as payment for child credit.
