Harder to complete

Harder to complete than all previous versions and I have been using TurboTax since it's inception. I suspect that the IRS is the cause for all the added complexity but all in all it was more difficult.

Software Issues this year

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. This is the first year where I've experienced software/application problems. One issued required a call to tech support. The other I was able to find a work around.

They ruined it

Used it for years to import brokerage info to tax form, they somehow made that nearly impossible this year. I have no idea why, I had to type it in manually.

I have to use two different computers to do my family's taxes. Turbo Tax Premier and Turbo Tax Deluxe will not operate on the same computer, even if we uninstall one program. SAD!
