account/access connections issue need work

I've used Turbo tax for years and love the software, but the constant connection errors/issues when accessing my account or trying to submit my returns is a ONE STAR at best. Fix it or next year I will not be using your products.

Long time user of this product. I always feel confident that my Federal and tax returns are filled out correctly. The tax program is easy to follow, taking you step by step in filling out forms. Sending out tax forms via e-file is an added bonus.
