TRYING TO PAY FOR STATE FILE WAS TERRIBLE

Doing my taxes is simple. When I went to pay for the state tax fee the submit button was too low on the screen and I had to try several times and had to move the window while pressing where the button is. A real pain. I tried changing the size of the window and it was a nightmare. Fix this!

Used TurboTax for "years" never disappointed, not only accurate and easy to use, but promotes learning of tax law areas that offer reduced tax. Thank you TurboTax Team for another year's Job Well Done !

I've been using TurboTax since at least 2004 and it's been reliable and as easy as taxes can be. This year was no exception. I recommend it strongly.

What took you SO LONG???

I've been using Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes since the year 2000. I have never had the problems that I encountered this year! I was ready to file my taxes at the end of January but could not because of a "glitch" in the State Software. It took over 3 weeks to correct the problem. It would have been REALLY NICE if Turbo Tax would have provided that information during the software updates via a banner or something instead of having their customers trying to chase the problem down. That would have been an easy way to keep us informed. I hope this doesn't happen again next year. I might have to start looking at other programs.
