Filling in the forms is confusing. I don't know what applies to me and what does not. Then at the end, logging into Intuit to pay for what is advertised as a "free" service, is what infuriates me the most. I don't swear much in life, but I swear a lot using your software. Its terrible! PLUS this review page is incredibly slow on my computer.
