Very Disappointing

Turbotax does an incomplete job for my state return. It does not ask for or use long-term care insurance as a deduction and it completely disregarded the fact that I underpaid state taxes and owed interest. I had to calculate and complete the correct forms myself. I won't trust it again.

Empowering, Super Simple and Saves Money

I like how if you've filed with them before, a lot of information can be ported in and already filled in the blanks. If you haven't, they walk you through everything step by step; even then if you're uncertain, they offer audit protection. You just do everything other tax preparing places do, for a LOT less.

Always Reliable
