Turbotax was awesome

Turbotax was awesome at walking me through my taxes. I retired this year and got custody of my grandchild. I was so nervous to file because of all the changes but turbotax got me through it smoothly.

Found major glitch in software

I found a major glitch in the turbo tax software. Had to go visit a CPA to see why my child tax credit was not calculating correctly and I had to override all my returns. I tried to get a hold of turbo tax for two hours to report this but you cant get through to them so screw it. I feel bad for people who will not get their full credit
