Best TAX SOFTWARE AVAILABLE!

This is by far the most complete, simple and easy to use tax software available. I've used Turbo Tax for well over 15 years.

Very Buggy This Year - Disappointing

I have been using Turbo Tax for decades and never had issue... this year was simply buggy. The installer was very slow, the initial software launch took forever and seemed to close after updating. The Employer ID was not importing from the previous year. I had to manually reinput a couple of numbers after the final review. The direct deposit info kept showing as missing no matter how many times I input it-- had to go with paper check ! Very sad to see this, what a sign of the times....

CD download did not work

it was a challenge downloading TurboTax via disk. TurboTax acknowledged they had a problem, but we could not get any further. It was also a challenge to download via online. I was unable to update phone number for my email address and had to use a different email address and set up a new account. I understand security - but this was very frustrating when there are time constraints to get work done.

The Best Tax Filing Software!
