Turbo Tax and iMac

Overall good experience. However, the iMac version has problems saving the file to a folder. I finally had to save it on my desktop to get TurboTax to work.

Not particularly user friendly.

I kept getting an error message that I had to do something with Schedule 8812, which is for Child Tax Credit. I have no minor children. This was not explained in any way, and your Search function gave me no answers. I finally found the answer in the Help Center, seems someone else was having the exact same problem, and couldn't find the answer either. This tax software really isn't easy to use.

We've been using Turbo Tax for several years and love it! It is always easy to fill out, asks me questions in case I forgot to do something, and really does look for me to get the best refund.
