Had some problems printing and viewing tax forms for the State of Nebraska. I had to download an alternate driver to fix the problem.

turbo tax was good

when there is a problem turbo tax is not intuitive as to a correction. it does not reference the form or line where the problem is. instead I find my self in a loop that does not provide any info to help me understand what the error refers to. also I can not find a button to save and close my return in progress. I have to close the window and pray that my work to date is saved

OVERALL TURBOTAX DID A JOB. HOWEVER, THERE WAS A BUG IN THE WAY IT TRANSFER DATA FROM A WORKSHEET TO THE SCHEDULE A FORM THAT CAUSED MY INITIAL FILING TO BE REJECTED BY THE IRS.

App took a very long time to access AND the regular updates were really slow. Ive used turbo tax for years and I never experienced such kluddy.

It helps with all the calculations, which can otherwise be a pain in the neck, including things like the AMT. But it has a few bugs. For example, It said I had an error on form 8812, in box something or other, but didn't tell me what form 8812 was, or present the form for me to fill in--just a box to put a number in. It was also going to send my tax forms off without Identity Protection PIN, which would have meant they would have been rejected after a delay. It should ask about that as part of the final review, and it doesn't. It is otherwise in an obscure part of the program, that you will only find if you go through every one or the hundreds of questions, 90% of which don't apply to you. It should be part of the "check out" process. A bad error in my book.
