Return very good - retrieve acct access horrible

Doing my return was quick and easy. Able to find answers to my questions. When it cam time to pay to file state return it was crazy trying to access my account. Do to these issues in the past I now have several accounts. Wish they would fix that. It's a guessing game each year you should just be able to put your CC info in and pay. Hate this part of Turbo tax,

What a lousy experience. Software wouldn't enter any information from prior years. Took forever to start, always had to toggle between screens whenever a calculation was done. Surprise charge for state return at the end of the process

Turbo Tax makes it easy

Easy to follow the step by step process. Had a hang up with us moving to another state and the online support was awesome and she walked me through my issues.
