Sometimes on the reviews, errors come up and they just refer to an IRS form which unless you look up on the internet you have no idea what the issues is.

The process is well thought out and the only issue I have is with a PIN number supplied by IRS. During the Personal Information process there does not seem to be a place that asks for that information. The return was rejected and had to be re-filed.
