I did not have many changes from a previous tax year, so as long as you have all your forms, then TurboTax is quick and easy.

My brother used and had zero problems. I had no problem with detail BUT I have been trying to submit for 2 days and seems to go round and round. This is actually the 3rd time I got to this review section which is supposedly the next to last portion. I will keep trying as I don't want to mail because it's slower but may have to??

Getting the key to work to even get started was a challenge. Had to make visibility changes to get it to work and then revert back. Should not need to do that if software is kept up to date as it should be.

Turbo Tax was awful

Software was difficult to open and difficult to navigate without the computer locking up and having to be restarted from an illegal shutdown. I will be looking for new tax preparation software. This was disappointing, since I have used Turbotax for many years, but 2020 and especially 2021 were very difficult at best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CD Install instructions were wrong.

CD instructions said to click on SETUP.EXE to begin installation. THIS FILE DOES NOT EXIST ON THE CD! Had to do complete download off internet.

We've Used TurboTax Just About Forever

TurboTax is SO easy to use. We can choose to walk through each part step by step (for *our* returns) or simply pick out the parts we need (for our kids).
