I don't have any accounting experience but Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easy. It asks questions and I answer them. That easy!

I used to do taxes for people, then just for myself & my family. I've been using TurboTax since 2005 and love it. Highly recommend it. The Help Desk has been able to answer all of my questions for any issues which arose.

I bought the service that includes the state filing for free, but you still charged me for it and the end of filing. Great service, but if you're going to nickel and dime me like that, I don't want to use you again.

When someone in Virginia said that it took more than 3 fix an issue I couldn't believe it. He said he had it download from the website.

For a convenient Individual Return

I love how quick this is. I have worked for tax professionals before but I am not a CPA. I know enough but still have questions and concerns if I am doing it right. TurboTax gives me the confidence I need to get my returns done and for my household to partake in the savings that the TurboTax Deluxe Pack offers.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
