Problem with Ohio tax return

Since I am retired from another state there were no Ohio taxes taken from my retirement earnings. I pay Ohio with a quarterly payment and have a record of this. When doing the Ohio state return, there is no provision in the software to indicate these payments so I did them manually on the IT1040 and this procedure indicated an error when I tried to file .electronicly.

the taking off of the block number and lot number were a little confusing as to why it had to be done in the first place.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. It is very easy because you are guided through each step...and the exciting thing is you can see the $ amount you are going to have refunded on every page!

Glitch Beware!

This software has been excellent in the past, however, the 2021 software contains a glitch that required us to input information on Form 8812 (Child Care Credit) that we did not need to complete or use. Required us to go to Help Center and call the Service Tech who walked us through trying to delete this unnecessary form.

Disappointed. Cannot print state return

Everything was good until I try to print my state return to file. Will not allow me to bring up return to file. Wants me to use adobe and then that won't work. I feel it is trying to make me e-file so I have to spend more money. I have used Turbotax for many years. This will be the last unless I resolve this issue.
