I have been using Turbo Tax since 2003 tax year. It is so so user friendly and the software walks you through EVERYTHING and every deduction possible.

I've used Turbo Tax since the beginning, and each year the interview questions are better, and the feedback on calculations more complete. I'm a big fan!
