Worth It!!!

My fed return was denied and Turbo Tax made it easy to get it taken care of. Then, my state return was denied, due to a product update. Again, TurboTax made it easy to take care of the problem. Great Job!

Turbo Tax 2021 was amazing!

We were able to use Turbo Tax to do our taxes as usual for the year but we were also able to claim other credits most of which we would have been unaware of, if filing by hand. The software has come a long way and I like the way it is structured and organized. Makes it easy for people to focus on deductions, credits, adjustments, etc that only pertain to them and their unique situations. I highly recommend it.

Good Tax Prep Software

I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years. It's always been very reliable, and easy to use. I like the option of selecting only those sections I know I'll need, or the ability to have the software walk me through a form step by step.
My one complaint... software does not appear to allow option for direct deposit of refund when mailing in state returns. It defaults to a 'check'. Come on, really?

Love TurboTax

It's the easiest and most cost effective way to do my taxes. I live in one state and work in another, but it makes the process so simple for me. I've been using it for over 10 years now, after paying way too much to have my taxes prepared by one of the well known companies. Will never use anything else.

2021 Turbotax was terrible

The import from investment company function was changed to not allow import until Turbotax decided it was time based on information provided by brokerage companies. Some companies released data early but my import was restricted by Turbotax's timeline. Also the import function took multiple tries to make contact with the brokerage although I was able to login directly through the brokerage. Very frustrating and my last of many previously happy years with Turbotax.
