Turbo Tax is easy to install and use.

I was disappointed this year with the transfer of information from my 2020 Turbo Tax files. As it transferred data that for this year 2021 created error conditions in the review process. which in turn caused me a lot of extra time in completing my tax files for transmission.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Having used Turbo Tax for many years now, I have come to rely on the user friendly and accurate program for my year end taxes. It has never let me down, and is up-to-date with all the current tax laws each time I use it. Turbo Tax is my, " Go-to-Guy".

Gotcha at the end of state return

Overall, Turbotax is reliable with fewer bugs this year (but not none). Everything was going well for electronic filing, but e-filing for the state return was an extra $20, in addition to the cost of adding a state. This gouge was not put in until the very end. If you add a state option, it should include e-filing. It is 2022, not 1922.

Turbo Tax and Excellent Product

I am a Turbo Tax user for many years and the 2021 issue is the best. The questions are intuitive and get right to the point in easy-to-understand language. The help dialogues appear at just the right times and have many of the answers that most users will ask. I had no problems entering data and because Turbo Tax will bring forward last year's information saves time. I am very pleased with the product and will continue to use it.

User Friendly TurboTax!

Had to refile my 2019 taxes, downloading TurboTax was the best thing I could have done. Step by step instructions, walking me through the entire process... along the way helping me get every possible deduction I may have been entitled to. Will be using TurboTax from here on out. Thank you

The 2021 experience with Turbo Tax was straight forward and reliable. Done in 1 sitting. Really helps with the automatic transfer of data from last years Turbo Taxes
