The questions were simpler than in the past and allowed us to find the form we needed to answer the question and give the correct figure using the box of where the number/value is found.

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past 20 years and have always been satisfied with the results. The program goes over everything you can deduct. Filing is quick and easy.

TurboTax Experience

I use another brand of tax preparation software to do people's taxes for AARP Tax Aide. The two systems are similar in ease of use. The biggest downer for TurboTax is having to pay extra to file a State Return.

Through the years... a life saver

I have been using TurboTax for a few years now; for my tax situation, TurboTax is the best solution. The software sports a consistent interface year over year so there is nothing new to learn. Updates after the initial installation are plenty and easy to apply. The instructions and guidance within the software are timely and to the point; if you need more in-depth information, the links (pointing exactly where you need to go) are provided to you.
The software is excellent value considering the headaches you avoid either doing taxes by hand or taking your chances out in the wild. I will continue using this software for years to come.

No Drama, No Problems

I used Turbo Tax Deluxe on CD without incident. I was prepared and ready when the program downloaded. Very straight forward and it was a "pleasant" experience.

My husband and I had our taxes done by an Accountant for many years and then we moved away to a different state. My husband suggested we try Turbo Tax, I agreed even though I was very apprehensive. Turns out- it was so easy and if you had a question and needed support-you go it and without waiting a long time. I would not hesitate to
recommend Turbo Tax to others.
