Prior Year Carryovers the Greatest

There are only a few cases where repetitive information must be entered - mostly enter once and it is used where needed. I can't imagine doing taxes manually after using TurboTax for 12 years. But buying State e-file when filing needs improvement - doesn't support autofill of Intuit sign-on or credit card autofill on MAC.

Pretty easy to use. Comparing this year's return to last year's I did a better job on my current tax return than the company I went to last year.

Very Dissapointed

Filed my 2020 Income Tax online with Turbo Tax. Working on 2021 filing now using Turbo Tax Deluxe. Turbo Tax says there is no record of the 2020 Turbo Tax and can't upload to the 2021 form. Do not have an comparison year to year. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and never had this problem in previous years

Thank you for once again providing a great product. The interface is easy to use and understand. The data from previous tax returns loading into the current return is a great feature. Overall and outstanding product!

Turbo Tax was not up to its normal standards

I had a hard time finding any information concerning Child care. Did not find out if I could take my child card expenses off my taxes. I guess not. Turbo tax kept filling in information in the Sales tax area and I never went into that area. Came up as errors several times.
